How Does It Work?
With ClearPath, you stay in control of your guest list while we handle the heavy lifting. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Pre-Screening
Guests provide their name (or alias) and best contact info, then complete a short aptitude test to screen for fit.
Step 2: Review & Approve
ClearPath sends applications to host for review, and only those who pass the screening move forward. You (the host) can request final approval before confirmations go out.
Step 3: Secure Confirmation
Approved guests receive an official confirmation with a unique PIN code. If you require a deposit or prospects will have to submit this as well before PIN is sent.
Step 4: Check-In & Verification
On event day, guests check in via their PIN and a selfie verification. Once manually verified, they receive the room/location details via text message.
